What
will
happen
during
the
test?
Prior
to
the
exam,
everyone
will
be
required
to
show
their
admissions
document
and
a
photo
ID
and
be
asked
to
sign
a
confidentiality
statement.
Trained
proctors
will
supervise
the
exam
and
report
any
instance
of
misconduct,
irregularity,
or
violation
of
the
test
site
requirements.

How
are
special
testing
arrangements
made?
If
you
require
special
testing
arrangements,
inform
ICCIFP
of
your
needs
in
writing
by
the
application
deadline.

How
will
the
exam
be
scored?
The
passing
score
for
the
exam
is
set
by
a
national
panel
of
experts
(more
information).
Participants
are
not
measured
against
one
another.
Can
I
cancel
my
score?
Yes,
before
you
leave
exam,
fill
out
and
sign
a
Score
Cancellation
Form,
available
from
the
proctor.
You
may
also
submit
a
signed
written
request
to
ICCIFP.
ICCIFP
must
receive
your
written
request
within
five
days
after
the
exam.
What
information
will
I
receive
about
my
score?
If
you
pass,
you’ll
will
be
informed
that
you
have
completed
the
credentialing
process.
No
score
will
be
released.
If
you
fail,
you
will
notified
of
your
score
and
the
minimum
passing
score.
You’ll
also
receive
a
diagnostic
report
showing
your
performance
in
each
content
area.
When
will
I
receive
my
results?
Approximately
6-8
weeks
after
the
exam.
To
protect
the
confidentiality
of
the
scores,
no
results
will
be
given
over
the
phone.
What
if
I
disagree
with
the
results?
There
is
an
appeals
process.
You
can
also
request
that
your
test
be
rescored
by
hand.

Can
I
retake
the
exam?
Yes,
you
can
apply
for
and
retake
the
exam
as
many
times
as
needed.
